Lightning
Of ‘Bliksem’ , er is ook een Frans ras met de naam “Eclair” (dus bliksem) bekomen door Leonard Lille uit Lyon rond 1906 “Eclair à très longue cosse” maar volgens Hedrick U.P.(1931) is deze verschillend van de Amerikaanse ‘Lightning’.
Volgens U.P.Hedrick (1931-p.41) is deze boon synoniem met ‘Feejee’ (Feegee) , eveneens een vroege ‘snapbean’ (prinsessenboon) uit de jaren 1850.
